The Lanzar OptiDrive series OPTI1232D twelve inch sub-woofer features a custom die-cast aluminum frame and cone concealing the over-sized three inch high temperature dual voice coil and sporting three stacked sixty-five once magnets (195 oz. total) for an awesome twenty-two thousand watts power handling. The OPTI1232D's aluminum cone and voice-coil former are crafted from a single piece of alloy so that the cone acts as a large heat-sink, drawing the heat away from the coils.
Not only is Lanzar's OptiDrive OPTI1232D a very powerful sub: but it is also great sounding, because of the way all that violent motion is controlled. A very liner progressive conex spider (suspension) and massive three inch half-roll butyl rubber surround that will stand up to extreme heat and UV rays (UV resistant) found in automotive interiors.
